†Subscription purchase includes one device shipped at the time of order and one additional device shipped at four (4) months at no additional cost. The second device is provided as part of the subscription program and is available only to active subscribers at the time of shipment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our standard shipping rate is free. However Express Shipping is available at a nominal charge.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on medical devices once they have been purchased and delivered.
