We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment and will be processed promptly upon approval of the return.
Resize Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit for your medical device is essential. If your device requires resizing for proper fitment, please reach out to our customer service team. We will work with you to facilitate the resizing process and ensure your device fits comfortably and securely.
Returns
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on medical devices once they have been purchased and delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and sterility of our products and to adhere to health and safety regulations. We do have a very robust refund policy.
