Return Policy

Due to the nature of our medical devices and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we have instituted the following return and refund policy as described below:

Returns:
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on medical devices once they have been purchased and delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and sterility of our products and to adhere to health and safety regulations. We do have a very robust refund policy.

Refund Policy:
In the rare event that you encounter an issue with your medical device, such as a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at customercare@getmegiddy.com immediately. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment and will be processed promptly upon approval of the return.

Resize Policy:
We understand that finding the perfect fit for your medical device is essential. If your device requires resizing for proper fitment, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@getmegiddy.com . We will work with you to facilitate the resizing process and ensure your device fits comfortably and securely.
